Snacking Made Simple

Snacking can be nourishing and provide fuel between meals, before physical activity, and when your body signals hunger. That’s why it’s key to be prepared! Come talk to our Registered Dietitian and step out of your snack rut to whip up your own personal trail mix at our DIY trail mix snack bar on October 17 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Allen Family Student Center Commons Area.

We’ll have a variety of nuts, dried fruit, and toppings so you can choose your favorite flavors.
